Group Meditation

Once you’ve learned the technique, you will be able to meditate successfully on your own. This is one of the greatest advantages with this technique – it is self sufficient. You will be able to meditate on your own, anywhere, anytime.

Many students find attending group meditation once a week incredibly useful. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow meditators and is a great forum for asking any questions you may have about meditation.

Meditating in a group can also be an incredible experience and many meditators love including one group meditation session as part of their practice.

Group meditation is run weekly,
every Monday night in Balmain, starting at 7 pm.

I learned because I had been reading about the growing benefits of meditation. And as a medical practitioner, I felt it was important for me to have experienced meditation myself in order to speak to my patients about it.

I learned almost 6 months ago, and to my great surprise and delight, I still meditate, at least once a day. It has given me a sense of stillness and calm I had not felt before, and I feel refreshed following meditation.
