Session One
Getting started – 1 hour (one on one)
During this first session, you will receive your mantra (your personalised sound or vibration) and simple instructions on how to use it.  Once you have received your mantra, we will sit together and you will enjoy your first meditation.
This is a beautiful experience.

Session Two
The key principles – 1 to 1.5 hours (small group)
In this session, we build on your initial meditation experience. In a relaxed and comfortable setting, we will discuss your early meditation experiences, discuss the logistics of meditation, provide you with some tips and refinements and answer all your questions so you can get the most benefit out of your meditation. Session Two usually concludes with a group meditation.

Session Three
Let’s dive deeper – 1 to 1.5 hours (small group)
We explore the mechanics of this meditation technique on a physiological and neurological level in order to understand how and why meditation delivers a state of rest 6 times deeper than sleep, and helps to release stress, tension and fatigue from the mind and body.  You will also receive further refinements to your technique so you can continue to enhance your meditation experience. We will enjoy a group meditation at the end of class.

Session Four
Consciousness expands – 1 hour (small group)
You will start to feel your conscious awareness expanding. In this final session, we will discuss some tips and strategies involving meditation that you can employ in special and challenging life experiences. Meditation becomes an effective life long tool and part of your overall life strategy.

Once you complete this course,
you will be able to successfully meditate
on your own, anywhere and anytime.
This is my promise to you.

To continue to develop your meditation and refine your practice, you are invited to join in weekly group meditations and to share knowledge via weekly newsletters and in the journal section of our website, all of which is available to you, at no additional cost.

In addition, should you fall off the meditation wagon, it’s ok.  You may re-sit the course, free, at any time in the future.

Course fee includeS:

  • A simple and effortless meditation technique.

  • A follow up session at the 7 to 10 day mark post instruction to consolidate and refine your meditation practice.

  • An opportunity to re-sit the course (or any session) and refresh and refine the learnings and technique, at any time, at no additional cost.

  • My promise, that in 4 easy sessions, you will be meditating on your own,
    easily and effectively.

Testimonials

It has taken me a long time to learn and now that I've been meditating for about 3 months, I wished I'd learned sooner.

I feel clearer when I meditate. It has helped me to enjoy the present and helped me to focus on the meaningful things in life.

Thank you.

— Amy, general manager

Pressing the reset button. That's what I call it when I describe to people the effects of a proper Pilates session. While that is my physical reset, my mind finds the same effect with meditation since training with Kimberley.

I can start again with clarity and without the pent up emotion and frustration. It has become a priority which helps all other parts of my day, from when to have my coffee to how hard I can push myself physically. As a teacher, Kim is warm, patient and methodical. She has a naturally gentle nature, respects everyone's differences and doesn't shy away from the tough questions we all have when scratching beneath the surfaces.

— Stuart, Senior Physiotherapist

Kimberley brings a priceless authenticity to her practice of meditation and teaching.

I was welcomed into a safe space to learn to meditate, and Kimberley was able to put me at ease with her own real world experiences, tips to overcome the barriers to practising meditation, and reassuring me that there is no such thing as good or bad in meditation. Meditating daily reminds me to stop and prioritise myself.
