This is a good opportunity for you to meet me and learn more about the technique I teach, the neuroscience behind meditation and the ever growing list of benefits of meditation, and ask all the questions you’ve always wanted to ask about meditation. You will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to learn.

Once you’ve decided to learn meditation, you have two options.
You can learn meditation in a group course (see details below) or
if you prefer, you can learn to meditate one on one in a private course (refer across for details).
The course content outlined below applies for both group and private courses.
Typically taught over a weekend or weeknights for most students.
Times are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate personal schedules.

Group Course comprises 4 consecutive sessions.
Typically taught over the course of Friday and a weekend or weeknights.
Each session is designed to optimise your learning and builds on from the previous session and therefore is taught sequentially.
Getting started – 1 hour (one on one)
During this first session, you will receive your mantra (your personalised sound or vibration) and some simple instructions on how to use it. Once you have received your mantra, we will sit together and you will enjoy your first meditation. This is a beautiful experience.
The key principles – 1 to 1.5 hours (small group)
In this session, we build on your initial meditation experience. In a relaxed and comfortable setting, we will discuss your early meditation experiences, discuss the logistics of meditation, provide you with some tips and refinements and answer all your questions so that you can get the most benefit out of your meditation. Session Two usually concludes with a group meditation.
Let’s dive deeper – 1 to 1.5 hours (small group)
We explore the mechanics of this meditation technique on a physiological and neurological level in order to understand how and why meditation delivers a state of rest 6 times deeper than sleep, and helps to release stress, tension and fatigue from the mind and body. You will also receive some further refinements to your technique so that you can continue to enhance your meditation experience. We will enjoy a group meditation at the end of class.
Consciousness expands – 1 hour (small group)
You will start to feel your conscious awareness expanding. In this final session, we will discuss some tips and strategies involving meditation that you can employ in special and challenging life experiences. Meditation becomes an effective life long tool and part of your overall life strategy.
Once you complete this course,
you will be able to successfully meditate
on your own, anywhere and anytime.

To continue to develop your meditation and refine your practice, you are invited to join in weekly group meditations and to share knowledge via weekly newsletters and in the journal section of our website, all of which is available to you, at no additional cost.
In addition, should you fall off the meditation wagon, it’s ok. You may re-sit the course, free, at any time in the future.
Students choose their own course fee from the options below, and base this personal decision on their household income. This type of equitable exchange is a practice from India dating back thousands of years, and is an effort on our part to maintain the purity and consistency of the teaching tradition.
Essentially, an honour system is in effect, with students of higher means subsidising students with lesser means. Don’t worry, we won’t be asking for proof of income or checking your payslip. Rather choosing one own’s course fees enables everyone who wants to learn to meditate the ability to take the course.
The yearly household income breakdown outlined below is an equitable guideline only and the decision is completely up to you based on your highest integrity. It is tradition that the course fee is commensurate with about one week’s earnings. We have a minimum in place to cover expenses incurred in putting on the course like rent and electricity etc.
If you’re currently unemployed, a student or don’t have a regular income, a payment plan (involving two or more installments) is available to make it easier for you to meet the minimum course fee.
We require 50% upon booking and the reminder paid 7 days before your course starts.

Private one-on-one courses can be tailored to the student’s individual schedule. Please email me with your request.

$500 | annual income of $50,000 or less
$600 | annual income $50,000 – $75,000
$750 | annual income between $75,000 and $100,000
$950 | annual income between $100,000 and $150,000
$1,250 | annual income between $150,000 and $250,00
$2,500 | annual income greater than $250,000
$440 | teenagers (between 12 and 18 years old)

Learn to Meditate
A one on one course of instruction is ideal for those who prefer to learn on a one-to-one basis, or to accommodate personal schedules.
This is usually conducted by arrangement.

Once you’ve learned the technique, you will be able to meditate successfully on your own. This is one of the greatest advantages with this technique – it is self sufficient. You will be able to meditate on your own, anywhere, anytime.
Many students find attending group meditation once a week incredibly useful. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow meditators and is a great forum for asking any questions you may have about meditation.
Meditating in a group can also be an incredible experience and many meditators love including one group meditation session as part of their practice.

every Monday night in Balmain, starting at 7 pm.
